Have a return/exchange?

The WaterColor Store does accept returns and exchanges for 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in unused, resalable condition with all original packaging intact. All returns will be subject to The WaterColor Stores inspection of returned goods to ensure items are unused and in resalable condition. If The WaterColor Store deems returned item has been used or washed, The WaterColor Store will refuse the exchange. All sales are final for used purchases.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to The WaterColor Store unless it was sent in error.

Purchasing insurance is recommended when shipping an item back because The WaterColor Store cannot be held responsible for lost items.

If an item is defective, The WaterColor Store will assist the customer in getting a replacement. It will be at The WaterColor Stores discretion if the defect falls within their own warranty.
